The new Hotel will offer state of the art design and top notch eco-friendly technology. It is one of the first Hotel's of it's kind to have Geo-Thermal Heating for the Hot Water System. Basically this technology takes heat from beneath the Earth's Surface and uses it to heat Water...thus greatly reducing the need for conventional means of hot water heating.
