Ribbon "Cutting" Extravaganza!

This past Wednesday November 18th 2009 we here at the Fairfield Inn and Suites had ourselves a Grand Opening Ribbon Cutting Celebration! Though to be fair, I use the term "cutting" loosely.

In attendance we had nearly 50+ People from both the local community and from our very own MCHG Corporate offices. Sean Riley COO was in attendance as well as many other friendly faces. We have pictures coming soon, within the next 24 hours!

The Galley Hatch Restaurant and Catering provided our food and refreshments for the evening. We had Chicken Satay Skewers, Scallops Wrapped in Bacon and Stuffed Mushrooms, there was also a delightful cheese and dessert platter too!

Our very own Elizabeth O'Connel and Timothy Campion were bartending for the evening, some would argue they're the best bartenders this hotel has ever seen!

We had Kathy Jackson, Nicole Shippee and Danielle Werner giving property Tours and the entire management team was on site to answer any hotel specific questions.



All in all it was a good time to be had and we look forward to the Exeter Chamber of Commerce After Hours Event in Early December. Keep checking back for more updates and information.

We want to assure everyone, that no ribbons were harmed in the opening of this Hotel.
